Precast is heavy, delivered on a schedule and best handled once. Panels come off the trailer and go straight to their connection, which means the crane has to hold chart at the far end of the building with a full panel on the hook.

We size for the worst pick in the sequence, not the average one, and we plan the truck positions so the erection crew is never waiting on a trailer.
